HOW DO I RESERVE A DATE?

  • You can email us as info@fourseasonsbarn.com with your preferred date. We encourage you to come for a tour prior to reserving a date to make sure it is everything you’ve dreamed of. If you live out of town, we would be happy to do a Facetime tour with you. Dates are on a first come first served basis. Once it is determined that your date is available, we will send you a contract to review and sign.

can I make an appointment to see the property?

Yes you can, please click the link below and fill out our tour request form.

do I need to schedule a tour or can I just stop by?

  • The venue is not staffed 24/7, therefore tours are required.

how many cars will your parking lot accommodate?

  • We will have spots for 150 cars. Overflow will be available if needed.

Is your venue wheel chair accessible?

  • Yes it is, our venue is 100% wheel chair accessible, including our outdoor ceremony locations.

can we use our own caterers or do we have to pick from a preferred list?

  • You can choose your own, but we do have a Preferred List to get your started. You are not required to choose from our vendor list.

CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN ALCOHOL?

  • Yes you can, please ask about the details when you come in for a tour.

ARE THERE OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS NEARBY?

how much does it cost to “save the date”? do you offer a payment plan?

  • $500 is due at the time of contract signing.

  • We offer a convenient monthly or quarterly payment plan, with the entire balance being paid in full by 90 days before your event.

do you provide table linens, cups, silverware, etc?

  • No we do not, however, we do work with Got Ya Covered Linens in Worthington, Ohio. Click here to see their website. You can go to their store and pick out your rentals, pay them directly and they will deliver to the venue prior to the wedding and pick up after the event is over. Hassle Free.

are tables & chairs provided? what type do you offer?

are candles allowed?

  • Yes, you may use real candles, but we require that they be in some type of container.

what time does the music need to end?

  • Your rental period ends at midnight. This includes the removal of all of your personal belongings. Due to this, we suggest that music ends around 10:30pm.

do you have outdoor ceremony locations?

  • Yes we do. That is one of the great advantages of having 25 acres as part of our venue and grounds. We will offer 3 different outdoor locations that are completely outdoors, with no cover. These locations will all have a walkway from the venue to the front of the ceremony area. You can also choose to get married outside under our 3,000 square foot attached veranda overlooking the trees and pond. You may choose to get married anywhere on our property, but you will not have the walkway.

do you allow dogs to participate in the ceremony?

  • Yes we do. However, you are required to clean up after them and you MUST bring a cage to put them in during the reception. They are not allowed to roam around in the venue or outdoor area.

CAN WE HAVE FIREWORKS OR CHINESE LANTERNS ON THE PROPERTY?

  • Unfortunately, for safety reasons, we do not allow these.

can vehicles be left overnight?

  • They absolutely can be left overnight. The safety of your guests is a top priority for us and we do not want anyone drinking and driving. However, they must be picked up no later than 10 am the following morning.

WHAT IS THE EVENT CLEAN UP PROCESS?

  • Four Seasons Barn will be doing all set-up and tear-down of the tables and chairs for reception and ceremony. We will also be responsible for cleaning the venue. However, we ask that your caterer leaves the prep kitchen as they found it and takes out the trash. You will be responsible to remove all of your décor and if you rent linens from Got Ya Covered Linens, you will need to remove them from the tables and place in the laundry bag provided.
